Fees & Insurance
My current rates are $220/session for individual therapy and $240/session for couples therapy. Unfortunately, I cannot accept insurance at this time. Private pay allows me to provide the highest quality care that I can to you for services that you find beneficial but that don't necessarily fit into a neat "diagnostic box" required by insurance. Being "out-of-network," you are also not required to communicate your care to your insurance company, which can provide clients with a greater sense of privacy.
I am considered an “out-of-network” provider for all PPO insurance plans. Some insurance companies will accept a "superbill" invoice, which I am happy to provide upon request. At the end of each month, you then submit the superbill your insurance company for reimbursement. Depending on your plan, you will usually get a percentage of what you already paid back to you, which can help offset the out-of-pocket cost of therapy. I can provide detailed instructions on how to do this if you'd like-- please contact me directly.
That being said, I am contracted to work with Lyra Health, which is an employee mental health benefit provided by some employers. Lyra fully covers the cost of all attended sessions, up to your session limit.
I also strive to make therapy accessible and equitable for those in need. I have a reduced rate for a limited number of clients who are not able to afford the full fee. Please contact me to learn more about this service and current availability.

My Practice is Fully Telehealth.
I use a secure, HIPAA-compliant platform for all sessions. There are several benefits to telehealth psychotherapy-- clients can meet with me from the comfort and privacy of their own space, it requires less time commuting to and from appointments, and research indicates that telehealth is just as effective as in-person therapy for the topics I treat.
